Year-long Drosophilidae sampling in experimental domestic composters and temperature monitoring

This repository contains raw data files (in .csv format) associated with a study investigating the role of composters in maintaining Drosophila suzukii populations. Nine experimental composters were monitored over two years using emergence traps and continuous temperature recording. A total of 95,322 Drosophilidae were captured from composters over the study period, of which 7,377 were D. suzukii. (2026-04-10)
