OSURIS
Do laboratory acclimation experiments predict field responses? Cold tolerance and metabolomic divergence in Drosophila suzukii
This dataset includes data related to the cold tolerance as well as the physiological readjustments in response to different gradual and developmental acclimation of females D. suzukii. In each acclimation type, experiments were conducted in the lab and the ecological relevance was verified with experiments in the field. This dataset provides critical thermal minimum, chill coma recovery time and acute stress survival data, in addition to metabolomic data performed on GC-MS and GC-HRMS.
